Absolutely terrible customer service. I recently ordered flowers for a friends birthday (our first birthday apart since birth) and when I received a photo of what the flowers were it was NOTHING like what I requested and extremely under value. I asked for white flowers with greenery with a garden theme. The photo I received had red, purple, yellow, terrible quality flowers. When I called to express my sorrow, the OWNER answered her cell phone telling me there was nothing she could do she was not at the shop and she would call me back. I have since reached out or 2 days and have heard nothing back. DO NOT GO HERE.
